Our most powerful Spray Dryer
Our most powerful industrial model Spray Dryer is designed for an evaporative rate of up to 1,500 kg/h of water.
With a chamber diameter of 6.8 m x 3.5 m cylinder height, it includes an integrated Fluidized Bed system that induces agglomeration of the final product and increases the thermal efficiency of the process. This is aided by a fines return system that reintroduces fine particles into the process.
Its atomization system is by means of high pressure nozzles and incorporates a bag filter at the outlet.
Includes fire protection system and venting system in both the chamber and baghouse.
