Construction of replicas of existing towers
One of our services is the
construction of replicas of existing Drying Towers in the factory.
This is intended for customers who do not want to change their Tower model but cannot obtain another production unit of the same type. Successful cases have been Torres de CPS and Bontech. (Suppliers that have disappeared from the market)
Our criteria and experience in the sector allow us to replicate Drying Towers assuring a constant operation and a final product identical to the one already produced in the replicated plant. product identical to the one already produced in the replicated plant.
We have experience in replicating machines from 15 kg/h to +15000 kg/h of evaporated water.
We also have experience in co-current and counter-current systems, spraying by rotary disc, lances and mixed.
